Summer ideas

Iced tea and coffee for picnics or home:-

Make weak tea, sweeten and add fresh lemon or lime juice and put in the fridge.

Same idea for coffee:- make medium coffee but only use enough hot water to dissolve then top up with milk and put in the fridge – its even possible to make ice lolly’s.

Fruit Juice

Buy fresh plums and cook slowly for 20 mins in water with sweetener – theres a pudding but the juice is delicious let down with a little ice cold water.

Apricots, mangos – experiment, cooked fruit is lovely cold and so is the juice!
